Patti Seery’s eventful years of Indonesian exploration have taken her from the highlands of Sulawesi into idyllic islands of the world’s most intriguing archipelago, the 13,000-island Indonesian chain. Her formal education is equally as broad. She earned a Masters Degree in Textiles from the University of Baroda, Gujerat, India and received her BS in Education and Architecture from Montana State University.

Each of the itineraries of Silolona are especially developed by Patti Seery, a long term resident of Indonesia and a specialist in Indonesian textiles, and are based upon her personal selection of highlights after over 20 years of extensive travel and research in the region. After a few decades of building friendships with local villagers, craftspeople and kings throughout the Indonesian archipelago, Patti built Silolona to take her passengers to the far corners of South East Asian Seas in comfort for luxury private charters. Her enthusiasm, extensive knowledge of the cultures, her deep love of the people, and her ability to share that with others, will ensure a unique, moving journey through some of the world’s most remote and interesting islands.
